Lela Iselin born and raised in Switzerland studied method acting at “the Drama Center” in London. Performing and touring in India with Rajneesh International Theatre Group was the beginning of her active search for enlightenment. After many years of studying with different teachers, H.W.L Poonja, helped her to awaken and asked her to teach Satsang. She began to teach and travel around the world with her husband and her two children. A few years later she settled in Switzerland to have more time for her sons and to practice Dzogchen with Namkai Norbu Rinpoche. In 2001 she moved to Edmonton, Canada to study with John de Ruiter and later train with Daniel Barron.
Lela is a certified practitioner in the Feldenkrais method, an Avatar Master in the system of Harold Palmer, certified in the Work of Byron Katie and a certified EBE facilitator.
She taught acting and yoga at the Ecole d’Humanite in Hasliberg, Switzerland. She helped to create the Ecole Musical Group and co-created the musical “die Traumfaengerin” ("the Dream catcher"). As well as holding satsangs she has led individual sessions and groups in the Feldenkrais method and the Work of Byron Katie, in Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia, and has facilitated EBE and Emotional Body Awakening individual sessions and groups in USA, and Canada.
Looking for the right balance between the spiritual and material world she has also focused on developing her business skills. Among other things she has helped build a retreat center on Maui and has co-managed real estate projects in New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Switzerland and Canada.
Lela has worked with people privately and in groups for over twenty years and is offering personal, couples, parents and group sessions as well as intensives.
