Lela has worked with people individually and in groups for over twenty years. She brings both her experience and her vulnerability to her work and creates a very safe space for people to re-connect with their true emotions. She assists them to find their unique greatness and manifest their dreams.
The fee for all sessions and groups is on donation basis.

Couples sessions:
Emotional Body Awakening brings light and generosity of being back into intimate relationships. It becomes easy and natural to be really happy with ourselves and our partner.

Sessions for parents:
Parenting is a spiritual practice. As parents we not only shape the childhood of our children, but the way they will cope with reality for the rest of their lives. Unless we heal our own emotional wounds and fears we unconsciously pass them on to your children. Unless we as parents uncover our own emotional vibrancy, we will not be able to assist our children to keep theirs. Emotional Body Awakening changes our parenting in a cellular way.

Group intensives for individuals, couples and parents:
As different as we all are, as similar we are. To re-connect with our true emotions together with others can be extremely healing and usually accelerates our own process of Emotional Body Awakening.
